How to Measure Yourself?
1 Chest measurement
Measure the fullest part of your chest, usually at the nipples. Wrap the tape measure horizontally around your torso, without tightening it.
2 Waist size
Locate the narrowest part of your abdomen, usually above your belly button and below your ribs. Loosely wrap the tape measure horizontally.
3 Pelvic circumference
Measure the widest part of your pelvis, usually at the level of your buttocks. Make sure the tape measure remains horizontal all the way around.

Position 1: Chest measurement (widest part of the torso)
Position 2: Waist measurement (narrowest part)
Position 3: Hip circumference (widest part)
