Order

I would like to place an order on the website, what should I do?

To place an order on our website, you must first create an account. Then, simply add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once in your cart, you can proceed with the ordering process (cart, address, delivery, payment). By confirming your order, you confirm and accept our website's Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

In your account, click on the "Your Orders" section. This will allow you to access your order list and status. The Colissimo tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days after dispatch by standard delivery.

How much will delivery cost me?

Products are delivered free of charge in mainland France for purchases over €80. Below this amount, shipping costs are as follows:

Chrono 2Shop Direct : €4.90 (free for purchases of €80 or more)

Colissimo without signature : €5.90

Colissimo with signature : €6.90

Chronopost express delivery : €9.90

For Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg, delivery costs €9.50 with Colissimo, including a signature upon delivery. These fees apply regardless of the amount of your order.

What should I do if I am not there on the day the delivery is scheduled?

If you are absent, the postman will leave the package or a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can collect it at your post office. In the event of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service, who will provide you with the Colissimo number associated with your order. You can then track the progress of your package on the website www.colissimo.fr .

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

When placing an order, in step 1 "Addresses," you have the option to add an address other than your shipping address in the billing address section. You can also change your addresses in "My Account" by clicking on "View Addresses."

Exchange and return

I just received my product but I want to return it and get a refund. What should I do?

Products can be returned within 14 working days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.

Your order must be in "delivered" status to request a return.

Return procedure:

  1. Visit our returns portal : https://lee-cooper.shipping-portal.com
  2. Enter your order number and your postal code.
  3. Select the item(s) to return and the reason for the return.
  4. You will receive a prepaid return label to affix to your package. (€3.99 will be deducted from your refund amount).
  5. Then drop off your package at a Pickup relay point.

The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your package at our premises.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us via our form to send us a photo of the damaged product, so that we can resolve this small problem very quickly.

If the refund is refused, the customer will have the option to recover their product within 14 days. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to their home, and they will need to provide a prepaid return label.

I would like to make a return for an exchange.

As we do not offer direct exchanges, we invite you to return your order to us in order to receive your refund and reorder the product with the desired size, color, etc.

How do I get a refund after a return?

If you have returned your order, you will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For example, if you paid by credit card, you will be refunded directly to your bank account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account.

My package arrived in poor condition, what should I do?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us via our form to send us a photo of the damaged product, so that we can resolve this small problem very quickly.

How long will it take to get a refund for my return?

When you return an order, it may take approximately one week for your refund to be processed. Once the refund is processed, depending on your bank, the transaction may take a few days to appear in your account.

It will therefore take up to 15 days maximum for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Are shipping costs refunded if I make a return?

Shipping costs are not refunded. They are only refunded if the return is due to:

- If you received a product that does not match your initial order.

- If you received a defective product.

Payment

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order by:

- Bank card (VISA, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, American Express and Maestro)

- Paypal (by credit card or Paypal account)

- In 3 interest-free installments via ALMA from €100 of purchase
